I recently toured the Patek Philippe Museum located in Geneva, Switzerland, and it completely blew my mind!!! I was stunned with how beautiful Patek Philippe's historical collection was, and as time permits, in the future, I plan to publish a super-detailed review with many more detailed photos, of the splendor that lies behind these gates.

This magnificent Patek Philippe watch was auctioned by Antiquorum years ago and it is just beautiful. I have always preferred the black dial moon phase watches over the white, since they have more of a "nighttime" vibe. This watch was sold by Antiquorum Auction House in 2006 for around $300,000.

How rare is the Patek Philippe Reference 2499? Patek Philippe only made 370 examples in 35 years, which means only 9 per year!!! Who many exist with a black dial? I only know of 2 and this is one of them.
